CNC machining direct-activated hydraulic control system with pilot valves and control block
Products
The direct-activated hydraulic control system has the pilot valves directly attached to the control block.
The material of the valve block is 430F stainless steel. The longest end dimension exceeds 330mm. The technical challenge lies in the through holes, with the minimum diameter being only 4mm. Each valve block has nearly 30 through holes, and the tolerances of these holes do not exceed 0.05mm, including both the direction and diameter. On the side, there are multiple inclined holes that connect with these through holes. The requirements for the angle and diameter are very high, and the positions where the two holes are connected need to be deburred to avoid damage to the equipment during use.
The installation holes of some valves require extremely high concentricity and diameter tolerance requirements, typically 0.02mm, and the surface finish must reach Ra0.4. Only in this way can the connection position with the sealing ring ensure a good seal and be able to withstand high pressure.
After the processing was completed, we also used the fluid polishing technique to polish the inner surfaces of the small pipes, thereby further eliminating burrs and improving the smoothness of the pipes, ensuring the smooth flow of the liquid.
