Field Test of Hydraulic Control Valves at TTK Mine in Zonggudak, Turkey

Our technical team traveled to the TTK Mine located in Zonggudak, Turkey, to complete on-site field testing for our custom hydraulic control valves.
Mining equipment requires hydraulic valves to withstand high pressure, frequent switching and harsh dusty working conditions. We installed our finished valve assemblies on the mining machinery and ran continuous load tests for multiple shifts.
During the whole field trial, our hydraulic control valves maintained stable fluid control without internal leakage or valve sticking. The tight tolerance and precise machining of valve blocks and spools guaranteed long-term reliable operation under heavy-duty mining conditions.
