Our multi-axis CNC lathes and cylindrical grinders deliver ultra-tight dimensional tolerance up to ±0.002mm, with concentricity and straightness strictly controlled. After fine grinding and polishing, surface roughness reaches Ra0.2, effectively reducing friction and prolonging service life.
All complex structures including step diameters, key slots, splines, external threads and positioning holes are finished in a single setup. We avoid repeated clamping deviation to ensure high geometric accuracy of each shaft.
We process alloy steel, stainless steel and carbon steel with complete post-processing: quenching, tempering, hardening, chrome plating and black oxidation to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
